Job Description

Lead end-to-end execution of solar projects (Ground-mounted or utility-scale)

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate site surveys, design reviews, procurement, and installation

Ensure Electrical work as per approved drawings & schedule.

Ensuring to complete HOTO activities within stipulated period

Supervising of SCADA work and Communication Protocol scheme, ensuring strong knowledge of Plant Earthing schemes.

Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy

Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of systems

Ensure documentation and performance guarantees are in place

Adherence to the project schedule and ensuring the progress daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly till completion.

Completion of projects in line with engineering drawings and quality within project schedule commissioning date.

Ensuring Zero Rework and Zero accident at field level.

Education & Experience

Education : Diploma in Engineering (3 years) / B. E / B.Tech

Experience : 10 - 15 years

Preferred Industry : Solar
