Job Description :

Technical support for S2K and Application development & support for India Region, to maximize the return in every IT project investment. Ensure compliance and Audit compliance in all the IT deliverables.

Partner with the business team to understand and execute the projects that results in Business growth.

Provide overall leadership and direction for business solutions in regional and local process owners.

• Identify and translate business requirement into IT solutions along with business Team. Have periodic communication with Local and Global IT team on business solutions to align with Global IT Road map.
• Identify the Business Requirement that supports business growth and execute.
• Maximize the system usage and streamline the process for better returns of investment.
• In partnership with the business provide overall project management.
• Plan and manage the changes resulting from new requirement to ensure business continuity, smooth transition, as per business users and business requirement.
• Responsible for Impact analysis, plan, optimized implementation, get the business signoff and communicate frequently and the get the concurrence from Business for any system change.
• To ensure the necessary process flow, documentation and policies are up to date and maintained in the document repository.
• Identify the need of any training and development plan on business process and technology for self and team.
• Participate in key IT activities including organizational platforms, sub-teams, and key projects
• Establish and maintain a healthy working relationship with key IT partners or vendors.
• Establish and maintain a healthy working relationship with key businesspeople.
• Maintain the Team spirit and motivate the team members to ensure maximum delivered by the team.
• Responsible for SOX compliance, to ensure no SOD conflict in providing access and validating the Request from the business
