E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, and company website.

Create, update, and optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and SKUs.

Process online orders and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.

Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock-outs or overstock situations.

Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries professionally.

Run and manage online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.

Track sales performance and prepare daily / weekly MIS reports.

Analyze marketplace insights and improve product visibility & conversion rates.

Ensure accurate product categorization and size chart maintenance.
