About the Role :
ValueLabs is hiring a passionate BDM / BDE to drive outbound sales for IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, and Custom Software Development across Middle East (UAE / KSA) and APAC (Malaysia / Singapore).
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach
Build and manage a strong qualified pipeline
Identify and generate opportunities in UAE / KSA + APAC
Conduct discovery & qualification calls
Meet monthly KPIs for activities and pipeline growth
Maintain CRM data and follow-up cadence
Must-Have Skills :
3–5 years of Business Development in IT Services
Mandatory dual-region experience :
Strong outbound sales skills (cold calling is a must)
Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
Understanding of digital transformation, cloud, mobility, app development, etc.
Nice to Have :
Experience selling to fintech / BFSI clients
Knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
