Position Overview

  • The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading paid media efforts across platforms like Google Ads , Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , , and more. The role includes campaign strategy, hands-on management, reporting, and collaboration with creatives and client leads.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently, thrive in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Conduct audience targeting, A / B testing, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams on campaign assets
  • Track KPIs including ROAS, CPL, and CPA, using tools like GA4 and Data Studio
  • Make strategic recommendations to improve funnel performance
  • Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Campaigns
  • Strong command of analytics tools and reporting dashboards
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working asynchronously
  • Bonus : experience in B2B, SaaS, or international markets
