[High Salary] Payment Consultant

Domain Knowledge :

Must Have : Card Payments with hands-on experience working on Network Tokenization; Issuing and Acquiring knowledge.

Nice to have : Money Movement experience

Consulting Experience :

Process Consulting experience of documenting the current state processes, conducting gap analysis, and defining the future-state processes.

Product Owner experience of translating the product vision into detailed technical roadmap that can be consumed by the Development Teams. Product owner certifications PSPO / CSPO / SAFe PO preferred.

Customer Engagement : Work closely with customers to understand their functional and technical requirements and challenges. Incorporate customer feedback into the product development process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among teams.

Cloud and Microservice Architecture : Guide the development of the product with a strong focus on cloud architecture, domain-driven design, and microservice architecture. Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Agile Methodology : Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Promote agile best practices within the team.

Documentation and Training : Develop comprehensive product documentation and training materials. Provide support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.
