Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled developer to leverage their advanced knowledge of 4me and Xurrent to optimize and automate our service management processes. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining the integration between these two platforms to enhance efficiency, data flow, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and maintain the integration between the 4me service management platform and Xurrent.
• Develop and implement advanced Xurrent configurations to automate complex workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the 4me and Xurrent ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the integration, data synchronization, and workflow automation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through the advanced capabilities of both platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and configurations.
