Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI / UX design, proficiency in WordPress, and expertise in HTML, CSS, and jQuery to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Responsibilities

UI / UX Design :

Develop and implement innovative and user-centric design solutions for websites and web applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

Website Development

Utilize WordPress to design and customize responsive and dynamic websites.

Implement and maintain website features and functionality to enhance the user experience.

Front-End Development :

Code and implement responsive and pixel-perfect HTML and CSS for web pages.

Enhance interactivity and user engagement through the use of jQuery and other front-end technologies.

Collaboration :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure cohesive design and functionality.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet project goals.

Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and overall quality.

Identify and address design-related issues and bugs.

Staying Current :

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices.

Continuously refine and improve design processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX projects.

Proficiency in WordPress customization and theme development.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and jQuery for front-end development.

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other CMS platforms and e-commerce solutions.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
