We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in the construction sector to lead and manage various construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage procurement and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
