Job description5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development . Strong expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management). Proven experience with ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Proficiency in JavaScript, REST / SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with MID Server and third-party integrations. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; ITSM / ITOM certifications are a plus.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with best practices.
