As a Manager- HoReCa Sales , you will play a key role in driving the distribution and growth of our range of health products across the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) segment. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching to, and onboarding new business partners, while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves end-to-end sales execution - from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute partnerships with Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes to drive product awareness, product adoption, and revenue.
Negotiate agreements, manage partner expectations, and foster long-term collaborations.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, finance & operations) to ensure seamless partnership rollouts and market positioning.
Interact with customers periodically, where needed, to keep a pulse on customer demand and feedback.
Qualifications :
This is a full-time opportunity in a hybrid working environment
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in target-driven sales roles
Prior experience in HoReCa sales is preferred.
A strong personal interest in health & fitness.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
