- Own the post-sales implementation journey, ensuring a smooth transition from on-boarding to full curriculum integration.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with school owners, principals, and key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and support.
- Conduct regular school visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure high standards of service delivery and adherence to Kreedo's academic vision.
- Drive initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, engagement, and curriculum adoption, with a strong emphasis on renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, team performance, and school engagement.
