Datavio is a cross-platform brand optimization solution via AI agents. We allow brands to easily build complex workflows across various internal softwares and public marketplace data to optimize decision making, drive operational efficiency, and improve cross-team workflows across retail and supply chain.

Role Overview :

As a Product Analyst Intern, you&aposll work directly with the founders to drive critical initiatives across product development, customer success, and go-to-market strategies. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of building an early-stage agentic AI startup while making meaningful contributions to our growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with customers to configure dashboards that visualize key metrics and insights.
Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for dashboard and workflows.
Analyze customer use cases to identify opportunities for workflow automation.
Design and configure agentic workflows tailored to specific customer needs
Support product creation by providing insights from customer interactions
Help organize and optimize go-to-market pipelines
Analyze data from GTM activities to identify improvement opportunities
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges
Gather feedback on what&aposs working and what needs improvement
Help document customer insights to inform product development

Requirements Must-Have :

Strong analytical skills and data orientation

Exceptional work ethic and willingness to take ownership

Problem-solving mindset with ability to execute under pressure

Basic understanding of AI / ML concepts and applications

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Programming Knowledge - SQL

Nice-to-Have :

Experience with dashboard tools (Appsmith, PowerBI, Lookerstudio)

Programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript)

Prior startup experience

Familiarity with agile methodologies
