Key Responsibilities :

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Skills Required :

Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

Strong understanding of application design principles and software development methodologies.

Experience with system integration, data migration processes, and API development, including integration techniques and tools relevant to application development.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Experience with database management and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization strategies.

Qualifications & Experience :

The candidate should have minimum 5 to 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Mumbai, Pune and Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
