Key Responsibilities
- Assess applications based on predetermined criteria, such as academic qualifications, work experience, potential or other relevant factors for the NCDOEs programs.
- Determine the eligibility of applicants and make recommendations for acceptance or rejection to ensure that only eligible candidates are admitted in the programs.
- Co-ordinate with LC s & IC s for all Admissions related concern. Act as link between Sales and centralized admission for resolving all issues of students relating to admission.
- Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and staff to ensure smooth coordination between admissions and other institutional processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective students, parents, and agents, providing information about admission requirements, programs etc. Answer inquiries, address concerns, and guide applicants through the admission
- Coordinate with centers relating to admission and ensuring timely submission of document received at center to admission department.
- Processing all validity extension cases, changes done from Admission department w.r.t. Program changes, center changes, student data changes.
- Communicate with applicants regarding their application status, admission decisions, and any additional steps or requirements they need to fulfill.
- Conduct follow-up activities to collect missing documents or information, if necessary.
- Coordinate activities related to enrollment, such as registration, orientation, fee payment, and providing necessary information.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, legal regulations, and accreditation standards related to admissions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in admission requirements or procedures.
- Uphold ethical standards in all aspects of the admission process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all applicants.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of applicants, admission statistics, and enrollment data.
- Generate & submit reports on admission trends, applicant demographics, and other relevant metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Graduate in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Education or related3 to 5 years of relevant experience in coordination, handling, organizing and conducting activities in general administration, admission process in education sector.Familiarity with admissions processes, educational systems, and relevant regulations is desirable.Skills Required
