Job description

Role Expectations :

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and RESTful services.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Android trends, libraries, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of professional Android development experience.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and Java .
  • Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design guidelines .
  • Experience with MVVM / MVP / Clean Architecture .
  • Familiarity with Room, Retrofit, Coroutines, and Dependency Injection (Dagger / Hilt / Koin) .
  • Knowledge of Unit Testing & UI Testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito) .
  • Proficiency in using Git and version control systems.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
