The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Senior Associate of Strategic Finance, Marketplace Performance for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) . This person will partner closely with senior R&D leaders to craft our long-term term strategy, drive focus efforts on top priorities and shape the future growth of LSS. A strong candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and synthesized communication.

The role is highly cross-functional, blending strategy & execution, creating clarity and speed to execution of needle-moving corporate priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving highly complex ambiguous operational and strategic questions within LinkedIn's R&D team and has exceptional business acumen and the skills to operate autonomously to identify, prioritize, partner, influence and implement high-impact change.

Responsibilities :

• Identifies new opportunities for growth, makes novel strategic recommendations, and drives strategy development for the member ecosystem. Ensures pressure testing of opportunities and the consideration of trade-offs and implications across functions / organizations.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective, with minimal supervision. Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints. Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
• Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
• Executes ad hoc analyses to prove / disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
• Independently create, manage and update forecasting models for products, initiatives and the broader LinkedIn ecosystem, in close collaboration with Product teams.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and champions cross-functional collaboration, aligning with LinkedIn's values of transformation, integrity, and putting members first.
