Job description
Role & responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to identify and qualify new leads.
Engage decision-makers (CXOs, IT heads, procurement teams) and schedule discovery / introductory meetings.
Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects in CRM.
Collaborate with experienced Inside Sales Executives to refine outreach strategies.
Achieve and exceed activity targets (dials, emails, LinkedIn touches) and lead generation KPIs.
Participate in structured training programs, mentorship, and continuous learning initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Any graduate preferred MBA graduates (Sales / Marketing preferred).
Strong communication, confidence, and a genuine interest in sales.
Resilient, curious, coachable, and motivated to achieve targets.
