Role Overview :

At Furnology, we’re more than just a modern furniture brand — we’re a growing ecosystem of design, innovation, and startup energy. As we continue to expand our footprint in the Indian furniture industry, we’re looking for a dynamic, driven intern who will work directly with our Founder, Aditi Mishra, and play an integral role in the day-to-day rhythm of the company.

This is not a typical internship.

This is a 6-month immersive journey where you’ll shadow the founder, contribute to real business challenges, and get a front-row seat to how a startup is built, scaled, and evolved.

What You’ll Get to Do

You’ll be involved in a wide variety of areas — because that’s how startups really work :

Assist the Founder in daily operations, meetings, and decision-making

Support vendor and customer communications

Participate in product planning, marketing discussions, and content coordination

Coordinate with the design, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution

Help research new opportunities and contribute creative ideas that move the brand forward

What You’ll Learn

This internship is designed to accelerate your learning curve — you’ll understand what it truly takes to run a business, manage people, handle uncertainty, and stay agile.

By the end of six months, you’ll have :

A 360° understanding of startup operations — from strategy to execution

Strong business communication and leadership skills

Hands-on experience in real-world problem solving

Direct mentorship and insights from a founder actively scaling a design-led business
