Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Director (NN Business) with strong expertise in Cloud Technologies to drive business growth in the US IT Services market. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in selling Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid / Multi-Cloud), developing strategic client relationships, and leading go-to-market initiatives to accelerate revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
US Market Sales :
- Drive end-to-end sales of Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid Cloud) in the US market, including target account identification, pipeline development, and deal closures.
Go-to-Market Strategy :
Develop and execute effective GTM strategies to acquire new clients and expand Cloud service offerings across industries.Client Relationship Management :
Build and nurture strong relationships with CXO / VP-level stakeholders, positioning NN Business as a trusted Cloud advisor and strategic partner.Revenue Growth :
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for Cloud services, managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closure and account growth.Collaboration :
Partner with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to craft customized solutions, develop winning proposals, and ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.Key Skills & Experience :
Experience : Minimum 8+ years in IT Services Sales, with proven success in Cloud Technologies sales in the US market.Past Roles : Experience as BDM, Sales Director, or VP – Sales, preferably with technical or solution-based selling exposure.GTM Expertise : Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Cloud services.Client Engagement : Strong ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with CXO / VP-level clients using a consultative selling approach.Technical Proficiency : In-depth understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Hybrid / Multi-Cloud architectures, with awareness of emerging industry cloud trends.Communication : Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Hands-on experience in Cloud transformation and migration projects.Proven success in strategic deal management and pipeline growth within Cloud services.Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries in the US region.
