Senior Manager – Investment Servicing

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Manager – Investment Servicing to lead strategic delivery and operational excellence The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in investor servicing operations, a proven ability to manage large-scale engagements, and a track record of building strong client partnerships. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience & Credentials

  • 12+ years of experience in investor servicing or fund operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong client management experience with global asset managers, fund administrators, or custodians.
  • In-depth understanding of investor servicing processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CFA) preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy, service delivery, client engagement, and business growth within the investor servicing domain.
  • Primary liaison for global asset managers; lead governance forums and ensure service alignment with client objectives.
  • Experienced in overseeing all service lines to ensure consistent delivery, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee multiple service lines—such as fund accounting, transfer agency, investor onboarding, AML / KYC, and reporting—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Monitor team utilization, productivity, and commercial performance; track SLA adherence, KPIs, and performance scorecards to drive accountability.
  • Maintain robust control frameworks to ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead process transformation through automation (RPA, AI), technology adoption, and workflow optimization.
  • Develop talent capabilities through structured training, cross-skilling, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, client centricity, and continuous improvement across teams and functions.
