About the Opportunity :

Key Responsibilities :

Design and build scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
Lead architecture discussions, perform code reviews, and guide junior developers
Optimize application performance and ensure secure development practices
Collaborate with Product, UI / UX, and QA teams
Work with CI / CD, version control (Git), and automated testing tools

Required Skills :

4-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js (Express / NestJS), React.js (Hooks, Redux)

Experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL

Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

Knowledge of API development, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and web security

Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills

Good to Have :

Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js

Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

Familiarity with unit / integration testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)

Preferred Qualifications :

B.Tech / M.Tech in CS, IT, or related field

Background in startups or fast-paced environments

Familiarity with microservices and serverless computing
