Job Title : Lead GeneratorKey Responsibilities : - Identify and generate new / existing business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other lead-generation strategies- Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities.- Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings.- Handle all follow-up communication- Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process- Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads.- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.- Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the fieldRequirements : - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously US shiftSAL-20-23k(4 hours)
