Role Overview

We’re looking for a Presales Specialist who can connect business context with technology innovation. The role focuses on researching real-world business problems, designing contextual AI solutions, and creating rapid prototypes that demonstrate impact.

Key Responsibilities

Research business workflows and identify high-impact AI use cases across lending, onboarding, and collections.

Design and prototype intelligent solutions using LLMs, automation frameworks, and APIs.

Translate complex business challenges into simple, business-facing solution narratives.

Build demos, concept notes, and solution frameworks that showcase product potential.

Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and fintech trends to inspire new ideas.

Requirements

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in presales, product solutioning, or AI / automation roles.

Strong business understanding, especially in BFSI or fintech contexts.

Experience with rapid prototyping (Python, Streamlit, or no-code tools).

Curiosity-driven thinker who enjoys connecting ideas, context, and technology.
