About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Assistant who can support us across engineering, project management, and business operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who also enjoys coordination and problem-solving. You will help manage projects end-to-end, communicate with vendors and partners, and assist in technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in technical project coordination (electronics, data, or software projects)
  • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, schematics, BOMs, and reports
  • Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, and clients to ensure smooth execution
  • Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables using tools like Trello / Asana / JIRA
  • Support in research and prototyping for ongoing projects
  • Review and summarize technical specifications for decision-making
  • Handle day-to-day project communication and keep stakeholders updated

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong technical understanding (electronics, circuits, data workflows, or automation)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle multi-disciplinary projects
  • Bonus : Experience with PCB design, FPGA, Python / SQL, or data engineering tools

    • Compensation & Employment Terms

  • Salary Range : ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
  • Probation Period : 3 months (with potential for full-time confirmation upon successful completion)
  • Work Hours : [9 AM to 6 PM IST / flexible depending on projects]
  • Location : [Remote / Hybrid / On-site in Hyderabad]
