We're seeking a highly proactive and results-oriented Procurement Analyst to directly support our Procurement Operations Road Map. This is a critical, hands-on role for a 'doer' with 4-6 years of relevant experience, eager to help us drive operational excellence and strategic execution.

Your Opportunity

• Procurement Transformation Communication : Translate complex strategies and progress into clear, impactful presentations for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring a professional, consulting-grade standard. (Nice to have)
• Upstream Procurement Process Optimization : Analyze Indirects and upstream processes (e.g., Sourcing, Contract Management) to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support standardization or digitalization efforts within the S2C and P2P lifecycles.(Must have)
• Advanced Procurement Analytics : Prepare detailed spend reports, track KPIs, and manage operational dashboards. Extract data, gather inputs from teams, and support resolution of data or operational escalations. (Must have)
• Agile PMO & Project Coordination : Provide comprehensive PMO support, including scheduling, facilitating sessions, capturing minutes, rigorously tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain roadmap momentum. (Nice to have)
• Bottleneck Identification & Resolution : Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes or workflows.Engage with relevant stakeholders to understand challenges, gather information, and propose practical, creative solutions. Drive the implementation of solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. (Must have)
