Position : Gainsight Administrator
Location : Remote (Work from Home)
Shift : 2 PM - 11 PM IST (Mon-Fri)
Notice Period : Immediate / Serving up to 15 days
Role Overview :
We're looking for a skilled Gainsight Administrator to join our Customer Success Operations team in an offshore capacity. You'll manage, configure, and optimize the Gainsight platform to empower global customer success teams with actionable insights and automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer Gainsight (users, permissions, security, configurations)
- Manage Rules Engine, Data Designer, Journey Orchestrator
- Build reports, dashboards & customer health scorecards
- Handle integrations with Salesforce & other platforms
- Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot sync issues, and optimize workflows
- Train, support, and collaborate with global stakeholders
What We're Looking For :
2+ years as a Gainsight AdministratorStrong knowledge of Gainsight NXT, Salesforce, SQL, APIs, and integration toolsExcellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS, Business, or related fieldPreferred :
Gainsight Level 2 / 3 Admin certificationExperience with Tableau / Power BIKnowledge of CS metrics & lifecycle best practices(ref : hirist.tech)
