Job descriptionUnderstand client requirements and translate them into system configurations within Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for setup, Ensure all implementation tasks are tracked, updated, and completed as per defined Maintain detailed documentation, delivery status reports, and client communication Conduct validation and sanity checks post-deployment to ensure the solution is Use Excel / Google Sheets actively for reporting and maintaining delivery records.
