Required Skills
- 4–8 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE / Supply Chain)
- Strong understanding of OOTB features and track record in build / configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionality.
- Experience in working on CRM, Case management and Workflow automation.
- Experience in Schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend / 3rd party services via REST / GraphQL
- Knowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access management
- Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops , pipelines
- Past experience on using tools like Jira or similar
Nice to Have
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical expertise
