Job Title : Ivalua Consultant (2 Years Experience)

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated Ivalua Consultant with 2 years of functional experience in implementing and supporting Ivalua Source-to-Pay solutions. The role involves working closely with procurement stakeholders, configuring modules, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth process alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and support Ivalua modules across the S2P lifecycle (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing).
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system-driven solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation activities including UAT, documentation, and deployment support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements.
• Maintain system configurations, workflows, and master data as required.
• Support stakeholders with training, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices within the Ivalua platform.
