Senior Customer Experience and Engagement Analyst

Overview

The role will primarily be focused on working with existing and potential external customers to drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction with the Brighterion services.

Role

• Drive additional adoption of Brighterion services through MPGS
• Manage new potential customers / relationships
• Upsell additional services and opportunities to existing MPGS / Brighterion customers
• Participates in customer implementation and status meetings
• Ensure continued satisfaction of existing customers
• Coordinate between Brighterion Implementation, Brighterion Product, and MPGS internal teams.
