Role Title : Senior Software Engineer II

Job Summary :

Marriott International is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Revenue Management and Pricing Technology team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications that support critical business functions. You’ll work on our user interfaces using technologies like JavaScript, ReactJS and Redux, and play a key role in modernizing our platform architecture.

This position is ideal for an experienced engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on development experience and a track record of leading small teams or projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Utilize designs from Figma and implement them in ReactJS, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Implement and maintain state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Conduct design and code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team growth
