Garage & Fleet Manager

Job Location : Freetown , Sierra Leone

Qualification : Graduate Engineer in Mechanical

Experience Required :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fleet maintenance, garage operations, or a similar leadership role.

Demonstrated experience with preventive maintenance programs and fleet management software.

Fleet : Transport Trucks mainly,

Roles & Responsibilities :

• 1) Fleet Maintenance Management
• Plan, schedule, and supervise routine and preventive maintenance for all company vehicles.
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime and maintain roadworthiness.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and service histories for all vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle conditions, identify potential mechanical issues early, and coordinate proactive interventions.
• Coordinate with Procurement for specialized repairs and parts; oversee internal movement of vehicles to optimize flow and efficiency.
