About the Role

We're hiring a hands‑on  Media Buyer  who can plan, launch, and  strategically scale  Meta & Google campaigns to drive  qualified consultations  for healthcare brands. You'll own both execution and strategy—turning budgets into predictable revenue while maintaining compliance and data hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Paid Growth Strategy  for assigned clinics : market sizing, offer positioning, channel mix, and experimentation roadmap.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on  Meta (Lead / Conversion)  and  Google (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)  across multiple cities.
• Build  keyword / audience  strategies, write high‑converting ad copies & hooks; brief & review creatives.
• Implement accurate  conversion tracking  (Pixels, GTM, GA4), set up  offline conversions (GCLID / FBCLID / Lead ID) and CRM routing (TeleCRM / Zoho / WhatsApp).
• Daily optimization : bids, budgets, placements, negatives, frequency, and  A / B testing .
• Drive  CRO  on landing pages (load speed, trust signals, forms, CTA hierarchy) with web / design.
• Maintain clean  SOPs & naming conventions ; ship weekly reports with  CPL, CPA, ROAS, bookings .
• Ensure  policy & privacy  compliance for healthcare verticals.
• Collaborate with CSMs & Sales to improve  lead quality → appointment → show‑ups .
