• Transform and enable better decision-making through the usage of advanced analytics
• You will work closely with business stakeholders and analytics leads to create an enormous impact using the latest analytics tools and techniques.
• Work on analytics projects and deep dives to figure out insights from the data and build analytical frameworks and presentations.
• Set up the analytics reporting by making sure the tracking is done at the right frequency for the KPIs.
• Co-own the product and business goals and drive analytics in the right direction to achieve the goals.Qualification and Skills Required :
• 2+years of overall work experience within Analytics
• Extremely strong analytical orientation and product understanding.
• Demonstrated experience in descriptive, predictive analytics and expertise in SQL and Python / R.Experience with Reporting and Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, QlikView, Looker, etc.
• Ability to understand data architecture and data engineering pipelines is good to have.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with peers & senior stakeholders demonstrating strong vertical and lateral influence.
• Analytical skills with an excellent grasp of spreadsheet-based tools such as Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable using SQL
