We are looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (SCM) -(Remote) who will be responsible for assisting in the successful implementation, support, and rollout of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules across multiple entities for our client based in Dubai, UAE , which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the Procurement Department.
We are looking for a passionate Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (SCM) who will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Procurement & SCM Cloud Fusion solutions. You should also have experience in providing expertise in requisition, sourcing, order management, supplier portal, and inventory management processes.
Key responsibilities :
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Procurement & SCM Cloud Fusion solutions, managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
- Lead functional consulting engagements, providing expertise in requisition, sourcing, procurement, supplier portal, and inventory management processes.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion functionalities to design optimal solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
- Identify functional gaps and collaborate with the technical team to design and implement extensions or customizations.
- Configure Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet business needs and document application setups comprehensively.
- Develop and implement security strategies and validation plans for Oracle SCM Fusion projects.
- Support integration and migration activities , including configuration, interfaces, and extensions into production environments.
- Assist business users in creating test scenarios , preparing validation scripts , and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
- Validate configuration, integrations, and migrated data to ensure solution integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project deliverables .
- Provide status updates and issue reports to the Transformation Lead on a regular basis.
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the implementation methodology
Knowledge, skills & experience :
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or equivalent education.Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Oracle Fusion SCM with a focus on Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and SCM modules, including :Requisition ManagementSourcing & ProcurementSupplier PortalInventory ManagementMust have worked on Oracle Fusion SCM applications and have strong integration experience.Minimum of 2 End-to-End Oracle Fusion Implementation experience.Oracle Fusion SCM Certification is preferable.Availability :
