Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Skills and Qualifications
