GSD Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional support to Enterprise clients through multiple channels including phone, email, support tickets, chat, and community forums.
• Clearly document all troubleshooting steps and interaction details to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer support experience.
• Aim for first-contact resolution of issues, with timely follow-up as necessary.
• Contribute to the documentation of client IT processes and procedures.
• Identify trends in user-reported issues and assist in developing solutions for common problems.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for end users, IT partners, and Help Desk staff.
• Manage and assist in the administration of device management using the Jamf Pro suite.
• Support change management processes and perform compatibility testing for configuration changes on new and existing iOS and macOS versions.
• Provide support for macOS virtualization solutions, including assistance with Windows operating systems as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
