Role Description – Contact Center + AI Intern
This is a remote internship opportunity. The intern will support the implementation and management of contact center technologies, assist in AI-driven customer experience initiatives, contribute to training material development, and conduct research on emerging industry trends.
The role involves working closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth deployment of solutions, enhance customer engagement strategies, and gain practical exposure to real-world CX transformation projects.
