Mechanical Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

Perform machine design calculations (shear stress, bending stress, etc.).

Implement rapid prototyping techniques (3D printing, Laser Cutting, CNC Routing).

Use CAD tools (Fusion 360, Solidworks) for product design.

Coordinate with suppliers during manufacturing process release.

Compile construction documents (3D models, drawings, BOM, etc.).

Conduct FMEA analysis for product evaluation.

Perform product testing for specific customer requirements.

Design and release production orders (production BOM).

Lead and execute product improvement projects.

Generate and oversee new product ideas and designs.

Collaborate with other departments and partners for product development.

Manage streamlined product launches and documentation.

Additional Qualification and Skills :

Expertise in machine design calculations (shear stress, bending stress).

Proficiency in rapid prototyping methods (3D printing, CNC Routing).

Hands-on experience with CAD tools (Fusion 360, Solidworks).

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier coordination.
