Key Responsibilities
- Assist in in vivo and in vitro studies, including animal handling, dosing, observations, and sample collection (blood, tissues, urine, etc.).
- Support toxicology and pharmacology studies under GLP protocols and SOPs.
- Work in vivarium settings, ensuring ethical animal care and welfare standards.
- Operate lab instruments (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, balances, centrifuges) and assist in routine calibration and maintenance.
- Perform basic lab assays (ELISA, blood chemistry, histology prep).
- Document experimental data in compliance with GLP : raw data forms, lab notebooks, equipment logs, and checklists.
- Coordinate with Study Directors and QA for audits, inspections, and compliance.
- Maintain inventory of lab consumables and assist in ordering supplies.
- Participate in report drafting and data analysis under supervision.
Required :
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Zoology, Biochemistry, or related field.Basic understanding of GLP principles, laboratory safety, and SOP-driven work.Preferred :
0–2 years of experience in a preclinical CRO or academic research lab.Exposure to toxicology, pharmacology, or DMPK studies.Knowledge of animal handling and CPCSEA guidelines (for Indian CROs).Strong organizational and documentation skills.2 years of employment contract.Job Type : Full-time
