Meeting Room Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced AV / VC Support Engineer to manage and maintain audio-visual and video conferencing systems across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and event spaces. The role involves troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and providing high-quality support during critical business meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems across offices.
• Handle setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of meeting room AV / VC equipment.
• Provide end-to-end support during Townhalls, All-Hands, and Leadership meetings, ensuring smooth operation of audio, video, and projector systems.
• Log and follow up on hardware / software issues with OEM vendors.
• Maintain inventory and warranty tracking for AV / VC equipment.
• Proactively alert management about expiring warranties / AMCs and suggest renewals.
• Ensure timely setup and smooth functioning of systems like amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and displays.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
