About the Role

We're looking for a Scrum Master to drive agile delivery and foster a culture of focus, continuous improvement, and collaboration within our cross-functional engineering squads. You'll work closely with engineering, product, design, and DevOps to align on priorities, remove blockers, and ensure sprint success using Agile tools such as Jira.

To thrive in this role, you should be highly organized and proactive , always staying one step ahead to keep sprints on track. We value individuals who are calm under pressure , capable of navigating fast-paced environments with clarity and confidence. What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Agile Delivery
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure consistent team progress across 3–5 cross-functional squads
• Act as a Delivery Enabler
• Identify and remove delivery blockers, clarify sprint priorities, and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
• Partner for Success
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and DevOps to ensure seamless coordination on scope, timelines, and dependencies
