About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wealth Management professional to manage and grow client relationships while achieving AUM and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, investment advisory, and client portfolio management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and provide customized financial and investment solutions based on client requirements and financial goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients, sharing relevant market insights, broadcasts, and research updates.
- Drive client acquisition through networking, references, and relationship building, increasing overall AUM.
- Initiate periodic portfolio reviews and ensure timely rebalancing based on client objectives and market conditions.
- Upsell and cross-sell financial products across mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIFs, FDs, and other wealth instruments.
- Share timely updates on primary and secondary market trends, new schemes, and research insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conduct client engagement and promotional activities.
Eligibility :
Minimum AUM : ₹20 Cr (current book) Desired Candidate Profile :7–12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Investment Advisory.Proven track record of managing and growing client AUM (minimum ₹30 Cr preferred).Exposure across all major wealth instruments – Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, FDs, etc.Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP, AMFI, etc.) preferred.Strong client network and ability to independently manage high-net-worth clients.Must-Have Skills :
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable investment products.Confidence and poise in client interactions and presentations.High emotional stability, integrity, and resilience under pressure while achieving business goals.Ability to identify opportunities for increased profitability and business growth.Adherence to all compliance, documentation, and process requirements.
