Work closely with end users in People Operations, Client Services, Delivery, and Finance to gather requirements, understand business / system needs, and create workable user storiesManage user stories in Jira and drive priorities for agile executionTranslate business requirements for development team and identify any potential impacts to existing functionalityAssist QA team with creating comprehensive test case scenariosParticipate in agile ceremonies, including scrum calls, sprint planning and retrospectivesPartner with users and development team on support ticket review and resolutionMaintain open and proactive communication with the users on the pending requirements.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate execution and signoffCreate and maintain user training materials and prepare release notesConduct product training for new users and demo new featuresCollaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritizationStrengthen process discipline using appropriate performance metricsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
- GED with 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience with HRIS (Workday, ADP, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in-person, via phone / video calls, instant messaging, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Should be comfortable to work in EST shifts
