Job description

Well look to you for :

  • Aligning with business leaders about strategic priorities
  • Building and maintaining solution roadmaps (strategic, functional, technical)
  • Managing the domain budgets (project investments + license run costs)
  • Daily management of the delivery team, deploying and improving scrum practices
  • HR management for internal team members (recruitment, objectives, reviews, etc.)
  • Contractual negotiations with SalesForce in partnership with Procurement and Legal teams

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in Information Technology
  • 10+years of Experience or understanding of IT, with a minimum of 8 years in the field
  • Knowledge of SalesForce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with at least 5 years of experience
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, Scrum, and DevOps
  • A relevant SalesForce certification
  • Proven managerial skills and leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
