Required Skills :

Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English both), Great ability to work under pressure, interact & develop strong relationships with customers and negotiate effectively, Well travelled and good knowledge of destinations (mainly Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan & Ladakh) will be an advantage.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handling to-and-fro of ongoing fixed departure trips and domestic & international holiday packages.
• Coordinating with the core sales team, property, and transport vendors for a smooth travel experience of customers before and during the trip.
• Help resolve problems arising in traveling and accommodation by researching best suited deals in terms of price, quality and quantity.
• Keep a track on hotel bookings, bus & flight tickets and car rentals.
• Researching new property and transport vendors, study trip itineraries and maintaining records of payments & other B2B deals.
