Purchase Executive - Purchase will be responsible for

overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring

that the company acquires goods and services at the best possible prices. This role

requires strategic planning, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the market

trends to optimise purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

 Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimise costs and quality.

 Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable

terms.

 Analyse market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing

decisions.

 Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and align purchasing

activities.

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

 Prepare and manage the purchasing budget to ensure adherence to financial

targets.

 Lead and mentor the purchasing team to enhance their skills and

performance.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in

procurement activities.

Qualifications :

 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or

related field.

 Minimum 1+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing management.

 Proven track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.

 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

 Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
