Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, design, content, media, and strategy, to deliver projects on time and with impact.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets efficiently.
  • Present campaign ideas, progress reports, and results to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client performance and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and accountability in all client communications.
  • Since The Platter is a startup, be prepared to wear multiple hats and step in to support other roles or projects whenever needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management within a creative, marketing, or digital agency.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of social media, brand communication, and marketing strategy.
  • Startup mindset, adaptable, self-driven, and eager to grow with the team.
