About RPIgroup

RPI Group is growing its technology team and looking for a Full Stack Developer with good knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure and AI / ML . You’ll build scalable, secure, and AI-powered digital products that deliver real-world impact across industries.

Location : India (Remote or Hybrid@Kolkata)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust front-end and back-end applications using React and Node.js . Knowledge of all relevant tech stacks.
  • Build and maintain secure databases and optimise performance.
  • Design, test, and improve RESTful APIs for scalability and reliability.
  • Deploy and manage solutions on AWS (EC2, S3) or similar cloud platforms.
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines and DevOps workflows for automated deployment.
  • Create AI-powered features and integrate ML frameworks into applications.
  • Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve speed and code quality.
  • Apply prompt engineering and validate AI-generated code for accuracy.
  • Ensure data security through SSL, encryption, and compliance best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to internal workshops and tech enablement.

    • Requirements

  • Strong experience in Node.js, React, Front end, API development , and database design.
  • Hands-on with AWS or other cloud platforms , CI / CD , and DevOps tools.
  • Proven experience developing AI-driven or intelligent applications .
  • Familiarity with AI APIs, agents , and modern AI development workflows.
  • Understanding of data security , network protection , and encryption standards .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.

  • Experience in Solution Architecture and AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
  • Exposure to Hybrid Mobile Development (React Native, Flutter).
  • Background in cloud-native AI deployments and automation pipelines .
